What You'll Do:
- Lead the commissioning, installation, and documentation of MEP assets across all project phases, ensuring flawless execution.
- Supervise field personnel and subcontractors, fostering a safety-first culture and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate meetings, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, interpret project plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards like ASHRAE, NEC, and NFPA.

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in MEP installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Extensive technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes, BIM usage, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Experience specifically within data center or mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling software and predictive safety solutions.
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or relevant safety training.

- 5+ years in MEP commissioning, with significant experience in mission-critical or data center projects.
- Ability to work 5-6 days per week, 8+ hours per day, with flexibility for project needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed within project locations.
