Walsh is a successful fast-growing company at the forefront of technology and is committed to being the employer of choice to our employees and the builder of choice to our customers.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects across all trades and scopesAssist with coordination of MEP, structural, architectural, and site work activitiesHelp manage daily work plans, short-interval schedules, and trade sequencingSupport site logistics planning, access control, laydown, and material flow managementAssist with enforcement of safety programs, site rules, and OSHA complianceParticipate in QA/QC inspections, deficiency tracking, and field documentationSupport coordination of critical systems installation (power, cooling, fire protection, controls)Assist with subcontractor coordination, workface planning, and productivity trackingMaintain daily reports, field logs, and progress documentationSupport commissioning readiness, system turnover, and closeout activitiesCoordinate inspections with AHJs and owner representativesSupport punchlist execution and verificationParticipate in preconstruction constructability reviews and logistics planningQualifications3-5 years of field experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical constructionStrong understanding of construction sequencing, safety practices, and field operationsExperience working in live environments or active campuses preferredAbility to coordinate multiple trades in high-density, schedule-driven environmentsThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
