Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. Many roles don’t require current RBT certification to apply, with a BCBA mentor guiding you from day one.
You’ll earn $20-27/hour with direct mentorship, and there are full-time or part-time options with flexible mornings, afternoons, and evenings. A path toward BCBA and training reimbursement is available in some practices.
