Mentored RBT: ABA Technician with BCBA Path (In-Person)

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs for in-person roles across Houston, Texas. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares, following a BCBA-designed plan, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data under mentor guidance.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours with morning, afternoon, or evening flexibility, a direct BCBA mentor, and growth paths toward BCBA certification. Training reimbursement is available for those pursuing certification.
