Job Description

The Mental Health Worker performs assigned duties under the direction and supervision of a licensed professional and provides support services as assigned on the various nursing units by assisting the professional staff.

Education And Credentials

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Substance Abuse or Criminal Justice preferred.

Experience

5 years of experience in direct patient care experience working with individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis preferred.

Working Conditions

Standard Hours Bi-Weekly: 45.75 FTE: Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes On Call Required: No With Rotation: Work Arrangement: Onsite Union Code: U07 - CWA 1168 BGH TCC Requisition ID#: 16507 Grade: T5 Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly Salary Range: $22.59 -$28.58

*Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
