Qualifications
• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Counseling Psychology.
• Active Virginia Resident in Counseling or eligible for Virginia residency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative and Relational.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback.
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Professionalism in communication, appearance, documentation, and client care.
• Reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

- Resident in Counseling (or license-eligible) in Virginia.

- Someone who is excited to contribute beyond individual therapy through groups, workshops, community outreach, program development, or other practice initiatives.
- Experience with or interest in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or other integrative treatment modalities.
- A willingness to learn and be trained in specialty services offered by the practice, including EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and other evidence-informed interventions.
- A commitment to providing high-quality client care.
- A reflective, growth-oriented clinician who values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic therapeutic relationships.
Full-time, hybrid position
- 3 in-office days per week required
- Availability between 10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Target caseload of 26 client sessions per week
- 2 in-office days
- Availability during one of the following scheduling blocks:
- 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, or
- 2:30 PM-7:30 PM
- Opportunity to increase caseload over time if desired.

- Paid administrative time at $25 per hour for meetings, supervision, and approved administrative responsibilities.
