To support a growing practice, the part-time Arkansas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, managing a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week while utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools and collaborating with other mental health providers. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+) Maintain timely documentation within 48 hours of client contact in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make appropriate referrals as needed Required qualifications Independently Licensed in Arkansas as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) 2+ years of clinical experience with adult clients 6+ months of teletherapy experience Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9 Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems
