To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities and collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance client care. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to develop new skills and perspectives Maintain a flexible schedule with a maximum caseload of 8 clients in a group setting Required qualifications Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent) Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status Familiarity with cloud-based tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
