Key Responsibilities Your role as a licensed mental health therapist will entail several key responsibilities: Conduct virtual counseling sessions, utilizing video technology to foster a safe space for client interactions. Assist clients in setting realistic and attainable therapeutic goals and provide guidance on how to achieve them. Qualifications Applicants must possess the following qualifications: A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. A current, fully-active license to practice independently without supervision, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license. Effective communication skills to foster rapport with diverse clients. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to facilitate thorough and empathetic counseling. Proficient computer skills to utilize our teletherapy platform effectively. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits Healing Renewal Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive compensation package: a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and hours worked.
