Key Responsibilities As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including: Conducting confidential, ethical, and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat. Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients in their therapeutic journey. Developing and implementing effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Facilitating meaningful discussions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships. Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary, while empowering clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a range of mental health needs. Our client-focused approach ensures that each individual receives targeted support that promotes self-improvement and enhances their quality of life. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping clients manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, including one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine dedication to client care. Demonstrate strong computer literacy and be comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms for effective therapy delivery. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic healthcare systems can be advantageous for this role. A strong background in working with diverse populations will also enhance your capability to connect with clients effectively. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on working hours and experience.
