Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status, challenges, and goals. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing and addressing the diverse backgrounds of our clients. Qualifications A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field. Must possess full licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD) from the State Board, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy practices and the ability to implement them in a teletherapy format. Preferred Experience While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with specialized training or experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or anxiety disorders will be given priority.
