Mental Health Therapist
Salary Range $35.00 - $40.00 Hourly
Description
Mental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions
- Attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions
- Documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record, Credible
- Maintains and updates client demographic information in client chart
- Evaluates client's progress regularly
- Creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client's family
- Maintains and keeps current all required consent forms.
Amount of Travel/Special conditions: Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach. Transportation of clients in company vehicle as required.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or in a related field required.
- Must enjoy working with children and adolescents and designated families
- Must demonstrate a genuine fondness and respect for children, adolescents, adults and families
- Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members.
