Salary Range: $58,656 - $85,000 per year, increases with licensing level and years of experience. Schedule options include flexible 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call opportunities available. Key Responsibilities

What You Need to Succeed

• Maryland Licensure (Required): LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for community-based visits (if applicable)
