As a full-time remote Mental Health Program Specialist, the candidate will deliver impactful training sessions, develop innovative educational content, and serve as a subject matter expert in mental health promotion within workplace settings. Key responsibilities Deliver dynamic, high-quality live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences Collaborate on the development and customization of educational content that reflects clinical accuracy and research-backed insights Consult with cross-functional partners and support the onboarding and training of new presenters and facilitators Required qualifications Graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work Expertise in mental health promotion and workplace wellness Strong public speaking abilities and facilitation skills Experience in developing engaging psychoeducational content for presentations Professional experience as a consultant or subject matter expert on mental health and workplace wellbeing
