Lake County Health And Human Services Department
The current vacancy is for one full-time position (37.5 hours per week) in the Lake County Health and Human Services Department and is eligible for Benefits Package. Open until filled. Applications must be on official forms. Resumes will be accepted, but not in lieu of an application.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work or related field; two-years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; fully Licensed Mental Health Professional i.e. LICSW, LMFT, LPCC; and a valid Driver's license.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing mental health counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities may include performing specialized mental health assessments; providing individual, group, and family therapy; monitoring client progress throughout treatment; and maintaining client records.
