Fraser is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner to provide clinical services for children aged 2–6 with mental health diagnoses in our Early Childhood Day Treatment Program. This position will also provide guidance and direction to Mental Health Technicians, helping to foster a therapeutic environment for young children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services for children aged 2‑6 with mental health diagnoses.
  • Guide and mentor Mental Health Technicians.
  • Observe and document child behavior accurately.
  • Communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum clinical experience: 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours (or 4,000 hours for work experience only).
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
  • Experience working with preschool‑aged children with special needs (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full‑time, Monday‑Friday during standard business hours.
  • Float position across Fraser 4 collaborative based sites: St Paul, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Coon Rapids, MN.
  • Starting pay $24.52 per hour.
