We are expanding quickly across the continuum of care and across the United States. We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Operations Manager to manage the operational side of our mental health services in collaboration with our CEO, Executive Director, and clinical partners as we grow.
Develop operations protocols in collaboration with the Executive Director Manage state licensure, certification, and enrollment applications Lead day-to-day accreditation readiness for current and new sites Stand up new clinic sites and service lines
4+ years of behavioral health or licensed healthcare operations experience
Strong procedure writing and project follow-through
Preferred: behavioral health licensure or experience, and TMS operations experience
Full-time, W-2, salaried Cincinnati, OH: in person, with some travel
