Charlie Health is seeking a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual IOP and PHP-level groups for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed group sessions, support individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. You will closely monitor risk, document progress in our EHR, and coordinate with individual and family therapists.
This position is ideal for licensed clinicians passionate about expanding access to youth mental health care through innovative, tech-enabled treatment.
