Charlie Health seeks a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual IOP and PHP-level groups for teens, young adults, and families nationwide. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed group therapy, support individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You’ll document sessions in the EHR, coordinate with individual and family therapists, and participate in case consultations and trainings.
