Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience.
• Certified by CCIL, ICF, AC, or EMCC.
• 175+ training hours and 100 supervised practicum hours.
• Motivated client referrals.
• Flexible scheduling and ongoing support.
• Advanced training in Lyra's coaching model.
