Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Mendix solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed and the applications are fine tuned for performance
- Design and develop high-quality Mendix applications that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Mendix applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mendix Lead for at least one year
- Strong knowledge of Mendix Integrations, Domain models, Microflows, Workflows and User Interface
- Total software development of at least eight years
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Mendix Expert/Advanced Certification
