Men’s Program Coordinator
Cornerstone Pregnancy Services is seeking a Men’s Program Coordinator. This opportunity is a 24 hr.
/wk. position with potential to advance to full-time. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating the
men’s educational programs and developing supportive mentoring networks with local organizations
and churches for Cornerstone Pregnancy Services’ male constituents in our Elyria and Cleveland centers.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well with team members to create innovative programming
specifically for fathers who experience unplanned pregnancies and/or need parenting support. A high
school diploma is required. A GED equivalent is acceptable. Possessing a working knowledge of men’s
ministry concepts is desired. Computer skills are essential. This position will have contact with local
churches, school systems, and organizations. Therefore, the ability to speak before groups and perform
presentations is a critical skill set. Excellent customer service and telephone skills are fundamental to
maintaining good relations with all contacts using a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Candidates with a desire to serve men or experience serving or mentoring young men are strongly
