Memory Care PT Practice Owner: Lead a Thriving Program

Prava Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Practice Owner to lead a memory care program in Carlsbad, CA. You’ll own the clinical program, partner with senior living communities, and build a concierge-style therapy service that you drive and scale.

You’ll collaborates with nursing, physicians, families, and community partners, oversee outcomes and documentation, and mentor other clinicians as the practice grows. This is ownership with infrastructure support from Prava.
