Brookdale is seeking a Program Manager in Monroe, NC to lead the dementia care program across the community, coaching care associates and coordinating resident activities, dining and care. You will work with leadership to plan and deliver person‑centered programs that meet each resident’s needs.
A bachelor’s degree such as gerontology or therapeutic recreation and at least three years of management experience are preferred.
