Franciscan Ministries is seeking an Ancora Memory Care Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities in a faith-inspired, person-centered environment. In this role, you will coordinate memory care plans, lead daily engagement activities, and collaborate with clinical, residential, and day program teams to promote safety, dignity, and independence. You will train and support direct care staff, communicate with families and guardians, monitor residents’ progress, and ensure compliance with care standards and documentation requirements.
