MorningStar Senior Management LLC is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator for our Mission Viejo community. In this on-site role, you will coordinate memory care programs, support individualized care plans, and help create a safe, engaging, and dignified environment for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. You will collaborate with caregivers, nursing, and families to ensure exceptional, faith-inspired care, model servant leadership, and help train team members in dementia-specific best practices while supporting MorningStar’s mission of honoring seniors with compassion and respect.
