Position Summary

The Member Experience Manager assists the General Manager with all operations of a specific gym, including member services, club cleanliness, and achieving projected membership and sales goals. The Member Experience Manager serves as manager on duty while the General Manager is not present.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of facility operations per company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
• Proficiency in all software programs used at the facility
• Ability and experience effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees
• Six‑month consecutive track record as an employee displaying leadership qualities
• Supervisory endorsement of promotion to Assistant General Manager
• Demonstrated leadership and management qualities
• Understanding and adherence to all sales systems and procedures
