As a Member Services Representative at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, you will be the first point of contact for youth and families, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and inclusive Club experience. You’ll manage member enrollment, attendance, and records, answer questions about programs, schedules, and events, and support daily front-desk operations. Working closely with program staff, you’ll help coordinate activities, communicate policies, and provide reliable information and support to caregivers.
