Member Services Analyst - Hybrid, 3x/week in office - 6 month contract (poss. extensions or conversion)
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
- Banking/Financial Services experience

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Member Services Analyst to support our client on site in Pittsburgh. Our client is a financial services company, and this role provides member support to institutions that leverage our client for funding and liquidity services. The Member Services Analyst will:
- Answer member phone calls and assist with routine inquiries. Help resolve member issues and escalate more complex concerns, as needed.
- Support beginning and end-of-day operational tasks. Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions.
- Assist with member events such as new member onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.
- Support the team with reporting and maintaining critical documentation.
- Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to:
o Document reviews
o Procedure formatting and technical writing
o Records management
- Perform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested.
- Process applications and disbursements for down payment/closing cost assistance to first time homebuyers.
