Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year call center experience within the last 5 years.
Starting wage of $18.00/hr.
Availability for 8‑hour shifts between 9am‑9pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday‑Friday, and extended hours during Peak season Monday‑Sunday.
Residency in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MD, MN, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI.
Must provide a hardwired, non‑cellular internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload, and a private workspace with a designated door.
