Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist in daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and advocate for member needs while working onsite and remotely as required. Key responsibilities Provide excellent member service and accurately perform transactions while maintaining compliance with regulations Actively listen to member needs and offer appropriate referrals for products and services Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals while participating in training and development activities Required qualifications High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
