In this role, you'll deliver friendly, accurate, and professional service while helping members manage their day-to-day financial needs and connect with solutions that support their financial goals.If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building relationships within your community, we encourage you to apply.What you'll do:As a Member Services Representative, you will:Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channelsAccurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactionsAssist members with account inquiries, products, and servicesOpen and maintain accounts, including remote account assistanceProcess and disburse member loansBalance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepanciesSupport members with online financial services and general account accessIdentify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needsMaintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and proceduresAssist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entryWhat we're looking for:Experience:1–3 years of customer service, financial services, cash handling, or related experience preferredEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredSkills:Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProfessional communication and confidentialityProficiency with computers and ten-key calculatorsAbility to build relationships and provide tailored solutionsWhat success looks like:Accurately processing transactions and balancing dailyResponding to member needs promptly and effectivelyIdentifying opportunities to enhance members' financial well-beingContributing to a positive, team-focused work environmentWhy join us?At North Star Community Credit Union, we're committed to supporting our members, employees, and communities.
