Providing exceptional member service in a remote capacity, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist members via the call center by addressing inquiries, promoting products, and resolving account issues while building strong relationships. Key responsibilities Deliver courteous and professional service to members and teammates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions Conduct consultative interviews to assess member financial needs and accurately open new accounts Engage in training and team activities to meet and exceed departmental goals while maintaining compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate through multiple channels
