Member Service Representative I

To support member satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Member Service Representative I will interact with Health Plan members, providing accurate information on benefits and claims while ensuring compliance with service standards. Key responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service by building relationships with members and other stakeholders Service member inquiries through various communication channels and coordinate resolutions with other departments Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives within Member Services Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications quickly Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
