Member Outreach Specialist

To support Clinical Operations, the remote Member Outreach Specialist will engage with egg donors through education, support, and service, conducting video calls, answering inquiries, and ensuring informed consent while fostering a positive experience in the egg donation journey. Key responsibilities Lead video calls with prospective egg donors to guide them through the donation process and obtain informed consent Support member onboarding by building and approving donor profiles and assisting with outreach to intended parents Monitor and respond to member inquiries via email and provide real-time support for scheduling and program clarifications Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support Strong communication skills, comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn Customer Success/Operations tools Experience in healthcare or with egg donor software is a plus Preferred availability in the Eastern Time Zone, but not required
