I'm working with a rapidly growing HealthTech startup that is reimagining how pharmaceutical companies launch and measure marketing campaigns using AI.

They're looking for their first Data Engineer to own and build the entire data foundation from the ground up.

What you'll tackle:

• Build and own the cloud data platform end-to-end

• Design scalable ingestion, transformation, and attribution pipelines

• Solve complex identity resolution and data quality challenges

• Create the foundation for campaign measurement, experimentation, and AI-driven insights

• Partner directly with Product, AI, Media, and Customer teams

Ideal background:

• Strong Python + SQL

• Experience building production-grade data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines

• Expertise with modern cloud data stacks (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.)

• Comfortable working with messy, high-volume third-party data

• Startup mentality with a desire to own problems from 0→1

NYC On-Site

$200k-$300k base + meaningful equity
