Member Experience Specialist

Sam's Club in Timonium, MD is seeking a front-end associate to deliver member service at the checkout and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. You will promote products, guide members on self-service tech, and help locate items while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policy, and attention to shrink and safety procedures. Previous retail or cash-handling experience is preferred; training on new programs will be provided.
