Member Experience Manager – StretchZone – The Vintage

Compensation: $13 ‑ $14.50 per hour DOE plus monthly sales & booking commissions.
At StretchZone, our mission is to improve the quality of life for as many people as possible through practitioner‑assisted stretching. We are looking for an energetic, positive, and people‑focused Member Experience Manager who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals. This role serves as a guide, educator, and relationship builder throughout members’ wellness journeys.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build relationships that make every client feel valued and supported.
- Manage scheduling, member communication, and resolve concerns.
- Protect and enhance the positive culture of the studio.
- Conduct introductory stretch consultations and studio tours.
- Educate guests on practitioner‑assisted stretching.
- Understand goals and recommend appropriate membership or packages.
- Follow up with prospective members and build lasting relationships.
- Improve member retention through meaningful touch points.
- Encourage referrals and community involvement.
- Participate in local events and partnerships.
- Support studio revenue and membership growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or sales preferred.
- Comfortable with phone outreach, networking, and educating clients.
- Professional, positive, and self‑motivated.
