YMCA of Virginia’s Blue Ridge is seeking a knowledgeable Membership Leader to actively create and enhance the member experience at the Kirk Family Y and the Y Express at Gainsboro. You will work with staff across departments to recruit, retain, and engage members and program participants.
Responsibilities include coordinating program registrations, supporting the Welcome Desk, and implementing marketing collaborations to boost enrollment and member satisfaction.
