Member Billing Specialist/Accounts ReceivableSanta Rosa Golf & Beach Club is seeking a Member Billing Specialist/Accounts Receivable! This role is responsible for accurate member billing, accounts receivable management, and providing outstanding internal and member-facing service. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting skills with professionalism and discretion in a private club environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process monthly member statements, including dues, assessments, dining, golf, retail, events, and other chargesEnsure accuracy and timely posting of all charges and creditsManage accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts in a professional and member-focused mannerProcess member payments (ACH, credit card, checks) and maintain accurate recordsReconcile member accounts and resolve discrepancies promptlyFinancial & Administrative SupportAssist with month-end closing procedures related to A/RMaintain organized billing records and documentationPrepare reports on aging, collections, and member billing activityCoordinate with department managers (golf, food & beverage, events, retail) to ensure accurate charge captureSupport audits and financial reviews as neededMember ServiceRespond promptly and courteously to member billing inquiriesResearch and resolve billing questions or disputes with professionalism and discretionMaintain strict confidentiality of member financial informationQualifications2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience (hospitality or private club experience preferred)Strong understanding of accounting principles and A/R processesExperience with club management or accounting software preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProfessional, member-service mindsetPreferred AttributesExperience in a private club, hospitality, resort, or similar member-based organizationAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
