Key responsibilities Serve as an advocate for Split Members, guiding them through their egg donation journey Manage day-to-day case management for multiple Split members, ensuring timelines are met and members are informed Build and optimize case management best practices and operational procedures Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a case manager or coordinator with a proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously Experience in healthcare or working with fertility clinics and providers is a bonus Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools Strong interest in the fertility field and willingness to educate members on egg donation and freezing Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
