Meetup & Connections Director (Part-Time)

WestGate Church in San Jose, CA is seeking a part-time Connections Director to lead its Midsize and Meetup ministries, helping people connect into community and take next steps in their discipleship journey. The role is 25 hours per week (Sunday–Thursday with occasional Fridays or Saturdays) with on-site responsibilities and relational leadership under the Executive Pastor of Discipleship and Formation.
