We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of this strategic initiative. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, oversee budgets, and drive change management to ensure the successful rollout of a standardized, cost-effective meetings and events framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the M&E CoE project across multiple OUS affiliates.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Procurement, BSG, and affiliate teams to align objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain timelines and quality.
• Manage project budget with a focus on cost-efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
• Facilitate change management and training programs to support smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of program/project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (Smartsheet preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
• Meeting/event planning experience and knowledge of organizational change preferred.
