Position Purpose
The Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse/Graduate Practical Nurse consistently performs his/her duties demonstrating an understanding of the essential job functions as reflected in the Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse/Graduate Practical Nurse job description, department and hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines. Licenses/Certificates:
Current PA Practice Permit/ Practical Nurse license
BLS required must be completed prior to the end of orientation period
