$110K‑$200K DOE + Bonuses

Duties

• Draft and argue motions; handle significant writing and research
• Conduct discovery and manage smaller cases independently
• Collaborate on larger, high‑exposure matters
• Participate in case strategy and trial preparation
• Work closely with partners who are known for developing top‑tier attorneys

Salary

Salary: $110,000‑$200,000 (DOE)
🧮 Billables: ~150 hours/month (1800 annually)

Desired Skills and Experience

• CA BAR
• JD from an ABA accredited school
• Ability to work remotely
• 1-8 years of civil litigation experience (med‑mal preferred but not required)
• Strong writing and research skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• Thrives in a collaborative environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of work
