Building a new department from the ground up, the full-time Remote Medium Voltage Operations Manager will lead the hiring and development of teams, establish operating procedures, and manage day-to-day execution for the company's national Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System portfolio. Key responsibilities: Lead the phased hiring plan and develop Standard Operating Procedures for medium voltage work Serve as the internal subject matter expert, managing subcontractor performance and providing technical oversight Oversee scheduling and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance nationwide, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Required qualifications: Proven experience in medium voltage operations and maintenance management Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and safety compliance standards Experience in developing training programs and managing technical teams Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance Technical expertise in medium voltage systems and related equipment
