We Offer
- Pay: $20.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus pay
- Schedule: To Be Determined (TBD)

What You'll Do
Support Client Recovery
- Oversee and monitor client self-administration of medications according to physician orders and treatment protocols.
- Observe clients for side effects or adverse reactions and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing and medical team.
- Respond appropriately during medical emergencies by following established procedures.
Ensure Accuracy & Compliance
- Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs) and related documentation.
- Safeguard medications and confidential client information.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies regarding medication administration.
Coordinate Client Care
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to support each client's care plan.
- Schedule medical, dental, and vision appointments as needed.
- Help ensure clients receive timely healthcare services that support their recovery goals.
Manage Medication Inventory
- Monitor medication supplies and inventory.
- Assist with ordering, storing, and securing medications.
- Help maintain adequate medication availability for client needs.
Continue Growing Professionally
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.
- Stay current on best practices in medication administration and behavioral healthcare.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Medication Technician certification (or equivalent credential recognized in the State of New Jersey).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment.
- Experience working in a residential treatment or recovery environment.
