Here, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and connection.Job Description:What You’ll Do: As a Medication Technician, you’ll play an essential role in supporting resident health and safety. Daily responsibilities include:Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on scheduleMonitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ health or behaviorPerforming delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration (as assigned)Maintaining proper storage and management of medicationsTaking and recording vital signsCommunicating with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of careActing as a leader and point person during your shift, including responding to emergenciesMaintaining a clean, organized medication room and accurate documentationCollaborating closely with caregivers and other team members to support resident well-beingShift Available: Full or Part Time available.
