We deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans. What You'll Do: Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to the appropriate team member. Complete medication histories and monitor renewal requests and prior authorizations. Communicate with pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve medication access barriers. What You Bring: High school diploma and current accredited pharmacy technician certification (PTCB). 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician; pediatrics and specialty pharmacy experience preferred. Proficiency with electronic health record systems; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. What We Offer: Competitive base hourly range of $24-28/hr plus annual bonus incentive.
