Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Medication Care Manager to support residents in our senior living community through safe, accurate medication administration and monitoring. You will follow physician orders, use eMAR systems, track side effects, and promptly report changes in condition. Working in a compassionate, resident-centered culture, you’ll collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families to uphold dignity, respect, and quality of life.
This role includes assisting with care plans, following safety and infection-control protocols, and participating in ongoing training and development.
